Observing Dior
A photographic essay from the Dior exhibition, Paris, 2017.
During a visit to Paris in 2017, I photographed the exhibition dedicated to the legacy of Christian Dior with my small Leica X2 camera. Rather than documenting couture alone, this series observes the encounter between garments, exhibition space, and visitors. Through quiet moments of observation, the photographs reflect how fashion history is experienced today within the museum environment and shared with a contemporary audience.
